When I first came to Shana, I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, lupus-connective tissue disorder, severe fatigue, headaches and overall body pain. Before I began acupuncture care, I was very stiff in my upper legs and hips with difficulty sitting and standing and a very limited range of motion. I had loss of upper body strength.
